Rita E. Kueberth, 87, a longtime resident of Arnold, died August 19, 2012 at FutureCare Chesapeake in Arnold.

Rita was born in Baltimore on January 2, 1925 to the late James and Anna Schmidt.

She was a homemaker and a member of many organizations, including the Broadneck Elks, American Legion- Post 175 Ladies Auxiliary and La Femmes.

Rita was married to the late Leo H. Kueberth, Sr. She is survived by her five children, Philip J. Kueberth of Arnold, Leo Kueberth Jr. of Arnold, Albert Kueberth of Homosassa, FL, Michael Kueberth of La Vale, Rita Wolfe of Chester, sister Elizabeth Kutsner of Colorado Springs, CO, as well as seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Family and friends may visit at the Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home on Thursday from 3-5 & & 7-9pm. There will be a funeral mass on Friday at 10am at St. Andrew by the Bay Catholic Church in Cape Saint Claire followed by interment at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Glen Burnie.
